• 11.12.2019, considered the information presented by the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation on the use of funds from the Operational Program "Fisheries and Sea" for the years 2014-2020 (FOR FISH 2014-2020) (mtg no. 4).

Agriculture and Rural Development Committee

• 11.12.2019, considered the information presented by the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the "Strategy for sustainable development of rural areas, agriculture and fisheries 2030". In addition, a subcommittee for monitoring of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union was established (mtg no. 3).

According to the information from IPEX database as of 9 January 2020, 2 draft legislative acts were subject to subsidiarity scrutiny in December 2019. The national parliaments submitted no reasoned opinion on the non-compliance of the scrutinised draft acts with the subsidiarity principle.
