EU DOCUMENTS IN THE SEJM

In June 2020 the EU Affairs Committee (SUE) held 1 meeting, no. 20, via electronic means of distance communication. During this meeting the Committee:

    1. budget part 23 – Republic of Poland's membership of the EU;
    2. budget part 83 – Earmarked reserves, in the scope of items 8, 30 and 49;
    3. budget part 83 – Own resources of the EU.

In June 2020, 39 draft legislative acts were subject to subsidiarity scrutiny. As of 6 July 2020, the national parliaments submitted 1 reasoned opinion on the non-compliance of the scrutinised draft acts with the subsidiarity principle.

In March 2020 Czech Chamber of Deputies submitted a reasoned opinion to the document COM(2020) 22, but this information appeared in the IPEX database after the publication of the previous Biuletyn OIDE.
