EUROPEAN DEBATES IN THE SEJM
23 March 2022 - the Sejm held debate, with participation of the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy Waldemar Buda on the Government bill on the rules of performing the tasks financed through European funds in the financial framework 2021-2027 (the purpose of the act is the best application of EU regulations implementing the cohesion policy)(verbatim record/PL, point 10).

In March 2022, 60 draft legislative acts were subject to subsidiarity scrutiny. The national parliaments submitted 10 reasoned opinions on the non-compliance of the scrutinised draft acts with the subsidiarity principle.
