EU DOCUMENTS IN THE SEJM

In January 2023 the EU Affairs Committee (SUE) held 8 meetings, no. 188-195. During these meetings the Committee:

  • pursuant to Art. 7(4) of the Cooperation Act, considered:

    • the programme of the Swedish Presidency of the EU Council, with participation of the Swedish Presidency representative, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden in Poland, Stefan Gullgren.

SUBSIDIARITY CHECK IN NATIONAL PARLIAMENTS

In January 2023 the national parliaments submitted no reasoned opinion on the non-compliance of the scrutinised draft legislative acts with the subsidiarity principle.
