During an official dinner on 4 September 2011 Lady Catherine Ashton, High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, gave a speech about curent issues of the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) in the context of the changes introduced by the Lisbon Treaty. Lady Ashton also summed up the topics of an informal Foreign Affairs Ministers "Gymnich" meeting held in Sopot on 2-4 September 2011.
