Yellow card procedure - COM(2013) 534

According to Article 7 of the Protocol [No. 2] on the application of the principles of subsidiarity and proportionality, the minimum needed to launch the yellow card procedure for proposals relating to the area of freedom, security and justice, based on Article 76 TFEU,  constituted, as of 28.10.2013, 14 votes of national parliaments / chambers of national parliaments.

On the basis of the data uploaded by national parliaments to the IPEX database, 14 parliaments / chambers, representing, in the light of the Protocol no. 2, a total of 18 votes, sent reasoned opinions on:
